SC Prime Steakhouse located in the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in the heart of Summerlin provides its guests a plethora of world class dishes in a classic steakhouse atmosphere.

After walking through the bustling casino, SC Prime’s elevator takes one up and into another worldly experience far different from the casino below. The large bar and lounge area are reminiscent of classical steakhouses from decades ago providing large u-shaped couches, high top tables and a long dark oak bar.  Running a hand across its smooth surface, you can almost feel and hear stories of past guests who came before. The Prime Martini is a personal favorite with Ketel One Vodka or Hendricks Gin, blue cheese stuffed olives or a twist. Prime signature cocktails are refreshingly delightful- like the Lemon Drop featuring Stoli Citros, Cointreau and fresh lemon sour. Try heating things up with the Angry Cucumber- a blend of Herredura Silver, muddled cucumber, red pepper and fresh lime sour. The whiskey list is certainly worth exploring, especially the Lagavulin 16-year scotch whiskey which is sure to entice the need to linger and savor with every sip.
