The Prime Martini is a personal favorite with Ketel One Vodka or Hendricks Gin, blue cheese stuffed olives or a twist. Prime signature cocktails are refreshingly delightful- like the Lemon Drop featuring Stoli Citros, Cointreau and fresh lemon sour. Try heating things up with the Angry Cucumber- a blend of Herredura Silver, muddled cucumber, red pepper and fresh lime sour. The whiskey list is certainly worth exploring, especially the Lagavulin 16-year scotch whiskey which is sure to entice the need to linger and savor with every sip.
