Low-Calorie Wines That are Friendly to your Waistline

Start your 2023 off with Low-Calorie Wines That are Friendly to your Waistline.

It is no secret that a great deal of research confirms the many benefits of drinking wine. For many of us, the new year brings resolutions. For some, it is to lose a couple of pounds. It is possible to enjoy wine in moderation that will fit with your diet. In other words, you don’t need to give up alcohol to lose weight. Many studies confirm that light-to-moderate alcohol intake is not associated with fat gain.

So, why not a low-calorie wine? Winemakers use many different techniques, but as a rule, the low-calorie wine fermenting process leaves out most of the residual sugar, resulting in a wine that has as much sugar per bottle as there is in just one serving of regular wine.

We looked and found an excellent selection of low-calorie wines that all are less than 110 calories per serving, with some as low as 80.
